Charlie Dolan
Co-Founder and CEO
Charlie Dolan founded his first company at age 19 while a freshman in college, and his second at the age of 26. Now in his 30’s, he’s learned a lot from his mistakes and successes. He’s enthusiastically focused on the very bright future ahead with the terrific team at DSQ Technology, which builds technology products to make waste easy to manage.

Co-Founder and Executive
Brian Dolan, alongside his brother Charlie, founded DSQ Technology, a company that emerged from their previous venture, Sequoia Waste Solutions, a waste and recycling brokerage company they owned from 2011 to 2022.
